Bolt-Up and Hydrostatic Test Equipment

We can perform hydrostatic testing and bolt up services at our shop or at your location. We have a mobile hydrostatic test unit with a 500 gallon water holding tank, 10,000 PSI pump, 10,000 PSI Crystal Engineering NVision digital chart recorder, generator and air compressor with an assortment of hand tools. The NVision digital chart recorder records pressure and temperature during the hydrostatic test. We serve the Bellefonte, Lock Haven, State College, Williamsport and surrounding Central Pennsylvania (PA) area with our mobile unit.

Hydrostatic Test Equipment:

• 6.6 GPM pump to 1,000 psig
• 0.3 GPM pump to 15,000 psig
• Crystal Engineering NVision electronic chart recorder 0 – 10,000 psig range
